I was looking for a Mattress that I saw online but had a high delivery fee. Upon going into the store Jerome upgraded me to a better Mattress for the same price and waived the delivery fee. I saved so much time and money by talking to Jerome, he was extremely friendly and professional. Anyone looking to get the best deal on a great Mattress and get expert advice this is the place to go.

The customer service was superb! Jerome and Jarnell made my purchasing experience a breeze. I actually came in to get an idea of what I needed. On a fixed budget and sales associate Jerome was able to meet all my needs for a bed prior to being released from the hospital. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends. Great customer service.

Me being new to the Matress game I just want to say my 1st true thought out purchase with Kiernan Lindsey was a satisfying experience. He answered all my questions with regard to making my 9 year old princess comfortable. Instead of meeting her for lunch at school this purchase will be her big surprise when it arrives tomorrow night! Thanks to Jerome who was filling in at this location for his assistance with closing out the payment and delivery details. I will return for my son and I when we purchase a new home. Thanks MatressFIRM for a great experience!!

Jerome is an excellent sales person, attentive and know the client's needs. He was extremely kind in my two times that I visited the store. I am so grateful for his help to find a comfortable mattress. Thank you so much Jerome, you are awesome!
