Used this one-hour photo for Christmas cards - huge mistake.  I can understand the cards taking a day during a peak season, but I can't understand an email saying the order is ready, driving to the store, and the store not having it finished.  In fact, the store didn't have anyone's photos finished...there were literally 10 other people in line with the same problem. One person said it had happened three days in a row to her. Customer service was no better, their response was, "well, WE didn't sent out that email." Seriously? Trying to get a refund from the store is almost impossible, their response was, "if you don't pick up your order in 14 days we'll start the process of refunding your money." There is a reason Walmart has a terrible reputation.  Pay a couple of extra bucks and order from Shutterfly or Snapfish, and have them sent to a Target or CVS.
