I was very disappointed with customer service. I can't speak for every employee but I came in during non busy hours and the lady helping me answered a personal call in the middle of our conversation. She was going to sell me the display grill instead of asking if I want a fresh non smudged one. I came alone to purchase the grill as a surprise for my husband and she preceeded to ask if I had someone to help me. Personally I found that a bit off putting. I should be able to assemble a grill and purchase it on my own. Needless to say, I left the store without purchasing the grill. The rest of the staff that I encountered with was friendly and tried to be accommodating but there just lacked knowledge from the employee that I was assigned to.

Good selection of lumber, but not any appropriate carts - they only had the flat carts.

Great store if you like the smell of Weed in the morning, not so much to recommend it otherwise

Incompetent employees work here. Shopped for water filter, out of stock of what was needed. Could not price match other color that's available (39$ vs 29$), asked for manager - employee in plumbing pointed finger to service desk (15:50 12/16/17). Service desk did not know what to do - looking for supervisor. Managers not available per request.
