My high schooler needed some brochures printed for a final project. Had a bunch of trouble with the self-service printers, so asked for help from a staff member. SOPHIA was wonderful! So helpful. Walked him through everything - friendly, attentive and detail-oriented. So glad she was there to help out!

Friendly staff. Not a lot of selection though on computers. Normal office stuff was easy to find.

Need to login into an email to print? No chance. Their computers will take your credit card and then nothing. You will wait 10 minutes on each broken machine. No employee will help you or even tell you the machines are broken. Nothing lost if this store closes.

The staff here are great, here is a large assortment of products that you can purchase, the inventory is pretty good and it's a good place to shop for office supplies.

The people are friendly, but not knowledgeable. Above an aisle hangs a sign that says surge protectors. There are no surge protectors n that aisle, so I asked the associate working in technology where I can find them. He didn't know what a surge protector is let alone where to find one, which is the next aisle over. Encountered a similar problem with Ink.
