Sam, the manager, was helpful and friendly. AT&T provided me with a "wireless home phone" that I need for my business. Nothing is simple with AT&T but Sam made it as easy as possible. I will add a fifth star when the device is installed and the service is working as promised.

Non helpful, lazy manager, I walked in for an address change because customer service from ATT said I have to stop in at the store, manager simply said you have to call customer service without knowing what I need.

2nd time going here for changing SIM cards. Pretty quick and good service. Always try to sell on DirecTV but at least not extreme.

Don't waste your time. I came in because my phone screen wouldn't turn on (notification sounds still worked).  He tried turning rebooting my phone, but obviously couldn't see anything.  I said it might still be under warranty and he gave me the number to call to find out, but I couldn't make any calls because my screen wasn't turning on.  "You can call from a landline."  Oh, you mean like the one you have right over on the counter?

I realize they're an authorized retailer, not an actual AT&T store, but what good does it do to give me a number to call when I am unable to make calls from my phone?  I don't have a landline.  He didn't bother to ask if I did.  He just wrote a number down on a post-it note and said "Sorry."
