Customer service here is horrible. The lady didn’t greet me at all. The new guy did so I went to him. Every question I asked him, I think ‘Tiffany’ was her name, but she interrupted him every time to answer my question; making him feel dumb. Every question I asked him, she rolled her eyes and gave me a mean look and loudly answered my question without even letting him speak! Just because of how I was treated by the blonde with the face piercing “Tiffany”, I WILL NEVER RETURN. Sorry GameStop! You lost a customer because of one of your employees! & I will spread the word!

The customer service here is terrible. David is probably the worse customer service rep there. He hates to answer simple questions, he make rude comments and is impatient. I've dealt with him twice at the location in Oak Creek and it's night and day compared to the Brown Deer, Miller Park and Mayfair customer service. I'm sure he's been at Game Stop a while but he needs to get a better attitude when dealing with customers. I've written and called the company regarding his poor behavior and how that effects the brand. Customers come to Game Stop with questions and concerns all the time. If you don't like answering questions David get another job.

The guy working is a body double for Jeff the comic book store guy from the Simpson’s. Talked down to me for asking out PS3 games and accessories and was really difficult to deal with. I ended up buying one game but he was real judgy that I wasn’t preordering the newer game on the newest system. Found the guys in Franklin (also GameStop) to be over the top nice and a completely different experience.

The staff here is awesome and super helpful. Even if I moved I would go out of my way to come to this store.
