I always use this location for my plan and new phones, they always have what I am looking for. Great store with understanding employees, John and Fred are great at what they do and broke down what was going on for me. The team actually tries to work together to bring my family what we need for the price. I would definitely recommend using this location.

These guys messed up my plan so badly we've spent countless hours on the phone trying to correct it. From not signing us up for promotions to not giving us credit for our old phones. Headache after headache stay away!

Have been using this store for over 9 years as I live a mile away. They stopped helping people fix their fones so now being disabled and in high amounts of pain I must travel unbearably far or else I just have to buy a new phone. Disappointing.

Fred was amazing, he took the time to explain everything to me, and even suggested a different phone than I was going to get, that actually works better for my purposes. He is amazing!
