I had an excellent and fun experience buying a mattress and adjustable base from Mattress Firm. TIM was extremely knowledgeable about anything you can think of related to mattresses, frames, box springs, adjustable bases plus alot more. It was even better than looking it up in the encyclopedia! My back bothers me a lot and with his professional guidance, I wake up now and can actually walk!!! I chose the Simmons Beautyrest Black Hybrid ALCOVE, and an adjustable base - a must have! (sorry I forgot the model name). I was very impressed how much patience TIM had too. I needed to exchange the mattress, and it was the most effortless exchange I can remember.

Nate at mattress firm on furniture row San Marcos was excellent help not only did he impress me with his knowledge of the products he had to sell he never was pushy either. I took my time over a few weeks to make the decision before buying and each time I dealt with Nate the experience was better then the last one. When I was finally ready to buy my sleep setup from him he helped with picking the right sheets, pillows, mattress, and base. If your ever in the market for new mattress I'd say take the time to visit Nate at mattress firm on furniture row in San Marcos I'm sure he'll help you with all your needs.

My San Marco sleep train experience was exceptional. I was helped by Travis who is helped by Clair. It was truly a team effort to get me into a bed I could afford and one that was comfortable. Everything from buying the bed to establishing credit to the delivery of the bed was smooth as silk. Have you ever had one of those days where everything went just right? That was my experience with Sleep Train.
