We recently moved to CA from Philadelphia and need numerous furniture pieces, Kim at the San Marcos store was very helpful with our first furniture purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the range Bassett offers and guided us to the piece we ultimately decided on. We will definitely return and work with Kim as we continue to furnish our home. The service from selection to delivery was superb. The delivery team was courteous and professional.

We were shopping for a new sectional for our family room. I wanted something comfy and that would accommodate a lot of people. We shopped around for about 6 months at every furniture store in San Marcos. We finally decided on a beautiful Bassett sectional that we had looked at several times. I am so pleased with our decision! The sales rep that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable and the purchasing process was a breeze. Our new sectional was delivered today and I LOVE it! The delivery guys were very professional and the sectional is so comfy and fits perfectly in our family room. I am looking forward to many years of family movie nights on our new sectional!

I purchased the B Modern Astor Bed, it is absolutely beautiful! The team in Bassett-San Marcos is great, very helpful and they always greet you with a smile. I've been there a couple times and will return until I furnish my entire place. :)

I shopped all over San Diego and the web for new family room furniture and I mean everywhere. Finally remembered we had purchased our dining room furniture that we love from Basset. The people at the San Marcos store were the best, especially Brianna our sales person. She was polite, patient, knowledgeable and professional and most important she listened. The selection is amazing. The quality of the two love seats and the leather recliner we purchased is the best. Everything she suggested is perfect. Don't waste time furniture shopping....go to Basset San Marcos and ask for Brianna.

Nice furniture and super friendly and helpful staff , they stayed 2 more hours on saturday and helped us to match our furniture
