Our Salesman Pete Bills was very professional. He found out what we needed/wanted, and that is what he showed us. He was not pushy, just very informative. It was a very positive buying experience. For the delivery, we needed same day delivery because of our schedules. It kind of worried us because they said the delivery could be from 2:30 to midnight. I was able to track it online, and live chat with someone that helped a lot. When they showed up around 9 p.m. they were very friendly and got the job completed professionally and quickly.

Jerome's Furniture is the best. I have shopped with them over 9 years and each time I go into the store my experience has been always a great one. I have no words for the customer service they give (Jessie) thank you. The best top Quality Furniture for a good low price I simply love it. Anytime someone asked me do I know of a good furniture store You're The Only Name that I give thank you once again for a great experience. As always 😊

Best prices and quality around! Naomi was wonderful. After selecting my sectional sofa, we looked at rugs and she did not hesitate to tell me that one in particular would not go with the sofa I chose. We found a much better rug! Great service and I'm looking forward to getting my new furniture

I had an outstanding shopping experience at the San Marcos store. The idea I had before venturing out was to go to three different furniture stores in the area to compare prices and product satisfaction. Trellis, the sales rep greeted us and impressed us to the point that we never left the store. We ended up purchasing an Estates Plush queen mattress, pillows , a mattress protector, a sheet set and the adjuster. Thank you Trellis for the care and attention to us, the mattress adjustment demonstrations and fabulous service. W.S.

Incredible experience, from the time we walked in till the Time we walked out. We were super impressed with our Sales Person Kerry, who not only professional and super knowledgeable but just a good guy and fun to talk with. Truly impressed with the selection, the service and the same delivery. We will return... ( final note: I lost my phone in one of the many couches we sat in, and unbelievably Kerry found it after my wife and I searched everywhere and couldn’t locate.... just a good man). Thank you!!
