I would not recommend. I was sold a mattress that would not work on the adjustable base that I bought it with because the salesman did not think it was not noteworthy to tell me and he was more concerned with his commission. When I went to the store to get the refund the salesman literally hit my purse. I was standing at the customer service line and there was plenty of room to get around me. I know we're all trying to make money but don't try to trick me when you know we're on a budget. And FYI now I have a mattress protector that I can't return because it left the showroom. Even though it is still in the wrapping...

Go see Chuck he is such an awesome sales associate. So nice and so friendly. He always does a great job. We have bought multiple home pieces from him.

Ordered a whole bedroom set for son. Aries with 2 mattress foundations. We didn't order 2 of anything. So how she screwed it up is beyond me but either way their fix was to deliver a mattress the next week. NEXT WEEK! They wouldn't even let me set up a pick up for me to go get it. I can't even get through to customer service to tell them how I feel about this. Disconnected 3 times in a row. DONE!

Poor customer service with Mohammad. He was trying to sell us the Manager's Special which was a 14 piece bedroom set. We wanted to upgrade the included mattress to a better brand/model. He tried to charge us twice for the upgraded mattress and overcharge us for the 5 year protection plan. When we questioned the pricing, he tried to convince us he was saving us money. We requested he ask his manager and it took three different sales associates and the manager to figure out the pricing for a simple upgrade that was clearly labeled on the sales tag. Next when we picked out the accessories that came which the Manager's Special, many items that were offered were discontinued. We wasted our time arguing with the sales associate and picking out discontinued products. Then we had to complete a mattress survey which was explained to us as a form that the sales associate did not know why we had to fill out or sign. Upon reading the mattress survey, the wrong mattress brand and model was listed on it. After everything was finally corrected, we finalized the purchase but changed our mind a few days later. We called to cancel our order but were not refunded the full amount as promised. We had to call again to correct the refund amount and were told that the person who processed the refund did not see that our order was on two separate purchase orders. After all was said and done, we found a better quality bedroom set without the fluff and hassle somewhere else. SHOPPERS BEWARE.

I was VERY Lucky to have a Gentleman named Daniel help my son and I. As a single mother it can be very difficult to make decisions and to know that you're making the right ones when making a Furniture purchase for two bedrooms. Daniel was very very patient with us and professional. He never once made us feel uncomfortable that we were taking too long to make a decision he was very thoughtful and kind you are very lucky to have him there I give him five stars!! I am really happy with the furniture that he helped us pick out and we will be back in there to purchase more furniture. We appreciated him greatly! All of the Associates there we're very kind and helpful!
