Returning guest here! I always and will forever shop at Mor. I realized I hadn't done a review yet and must shout out how amazing they are! 
Rey Herrera helped me this last time, he was very personable and not clingy as I had in the past with Jerome's and Ashley from browsing. 
I was in search of a dining set to get ready for the holidays. 
Was able to get a functional long dining set with 6 chairs. Delivery is set up and was reasonably priced for all that they do! Thank you MOR & REY for another great experience! :)

We were originally told that the couch we ordered would be ready in 1 week, this is one of the main reasons we even purchased this couch. One day before my delivery was scheduled, I was informed that the delivery was going to be delayed for an additional week, of course I had already gotten rid of my existing couch in preparation for the delivery. We went without anything to sit on in our living room for a week; and when the couch showed up, only half of the sectional was delivered. When I called customer service about this issue, I was told that the other half that we needed wouldn't be available for another 5 WEEKS! I immediately went to the store to cancel the whole order, request a pickup of the half of the couch that I did get, and get a refund on the purchase. Magically, later that day I was told that the other half was located, and would be delivered the following week. I then received another call, again only 1 day prior to my delivery date, to re-schedule this delivery for another day later than I was told. I'd been sitting on half a couch for 2 weeks, and had little faith that the other piece being delivered would be correct. This was the cause of much grief in my house for 3 weeks. The piece finally ended up being delivered, just days before we have a large party planned at our house. Luckily the piece that showed up was right. Finally, this is over! They get 2 stars because the sales rep in the store & the delivery men were nice, & the furniture we ordered is exactly what we wanted, but other than that, this process has been unpleasant. Communication between the store & warehouse/manufacturers is apparently very poor; and from reading other reviews here, it looks like others have experienced these issues too. I guess I should have read these reviews first, and prepared for what happened. Maybe the sales reps should just automatically add two weeks to the expected delivery dates. I will not be buying furniture at Mor again.

Greg Salazar was extremely helpful. If it wasn't for him, I would have never bought anything from here. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. We spent over $5000 on our purchase and we will definitely be back in the near future.

My family and I were recently shopping for new bedroom furniture.  We went to Mor furniture in San Marcos and were greeted by Bobby Oxsen.  Bobby was a great help to us.  He was super friendly and his product knowledge was right on point.  He mentioned that he wanted to be sure that the bed that he found for us was a 10 out of 10.  I can honestly say that Bobby was a 10 out of 10 as a sales person.  We would strongly recommend you seek him out if your shopping process brings you to Mor in San Marcos. Worked with a sales person named Trey.  He was really knowledgeable and looked at our needs.  Didn't try to get us to buy things we didn't need.  bought 2 large purchases on separate occasions and was always taken care of.  Will always go to Mor and request him.  Thanks
