Came in just to look, but was so impressed by both the products offered and Donna M.'s winning personality and knowledge of product that I needed to look no further. Got a great deal on my new mattress set and am sleeping better than I have in a long time. Was also impressed by the speed in which it was delivered, and the niceness of the delivery men. Very nice people and a very nice experience. Props to all!

I came into the store just to browse a few weeks ago. I'm about to move and was tentatively looking for a new mattress. I don't typically like to be bothered when I'm just browsing, but an employee named Jack came up to try to help me. We chatted about what I was looking for and he was just so easy going/personable that I felt I had to write a review. He was so funny! I didn't really know what I was looking for, but he explained options and differences so it was really easy to understand the pros and cons of certain mattresses. Largely because of Jack I'll be in in a week to purchase once my move in date is confirmed. Love this store!

Aaron A. Was are sales person. After looking for mattresses for the past 2 months. Were so happy I stepped into Mattress Firm. Aaron was very educational on mattresses we did not feel pushed for a sale very happy with all the help we received. And love our new mattress it's a perfect fit.

Pretty good overall experience. We purchase a king Matress and found a defect at the time of delivery. They didn't hesitate to have a different one delivered. We were even able to keep the first one until the new one arrived.

Went there with my fiancè to get a new mattress a little over a month ago, but wanted to male sure I really loved my purchase before leaving a review. First off the guy who greeted us, Jack, was very friendly and welcomed us in the store with a great smile! He was very knowledgeable and helped us understand what really worked for us by letting us try specific mattresses, based on a few things we told him we were looking for, showing awesome customer service skills since we were a little "hard to deal with" due to our indecision on what exactly we wanted. He was very patient and helped us get more comfortable by cracking some jokes with us and asked numerois questions without ever making us feel weird for what we wanted and eventually he directed us to the mattress we now have in our bedroom which we absolutely LOVE! He also suggested a couple of AMAZING pillows to go along with the mattress and we couldn't be happier we went to that store! Jack really took care of us and showed he "knee his stuff" so if you're looking for a new mattress look no further than this location!
