I was very pleased with my experience with Midwest Wholesale Furniture. My husband and I were looking for a murphy cabinet bed and were able to find one at this store. They had no problem holding our bed for a few months as we waited to get into our new place. The delivery was prompt and professional. Unfortunately we didn't follow the directions the first time trying it out and broke two hinges. All I needed to do was call the store and the hinges were replaced that same day at no additional charge!

Don't like doing negative reviews and I think I have given more than enough patience and time.I will NEVER buy from them again nor will I EVERY recommend anyone to go there. I purchased 2 recliners and a sofa.One recliner from the start was screwed up got the run around continuously,they finally ordered a part. I have waited over 2 weeks for repair, same answer, the guy will call you.These issued started in April it's now August. Second recliner finally arrived and they say it's the same recliner but it's hard as a rock,taller then the other also. Buyer beware, if you have money to throw away and are not in a hurry to furnish your home then go ahead and buy from them. I guess I learned my lesson.NEVER AGAIN

I received a full sofa from this company damaged via delivery. I took pictures and had them sent to Midwest Wholesale Furniture. They informed me that the couch would have to be repaired inside my house from their "professional contractor." The contractor informed me he had the required materials to repair the couch. He came over and "repaired" my couch, or so he thought. It was a terrible job and looked nothing like the new couch I ordered. The leather was bunched up and wrinkles all over. I asked the "professional contractor" if he could fix the problem and he said it wasn't in his time frame. Pictures were taken again and sent to Midwest Wholesale furniture. I demanded a new couch because I didn't pay for a new couch to be ripped open and repaired twice. The owner said there was nothing he could do, but send the contractor back out to "see" if he could fix the problem. He arrived a week and half later to try and repair the couch. We showed him the problems and he said "I don't see a problem with anything", but he proceeded anyways to rip open my couch again. In the middle of the repair, the contractor stated "the reason it was so bad before was because that was his first time working on a couch like mine." The contractor finished his project and let us know he was done. The couch definitely looked better, but nowhere near the quality of a brand new one from the factory. Corners definitely not stretched out all the way. I took pictures and waited from Midwest Wholesale furniture to contact me and ask me about the second repair. Not a single phone call, so I decided to report Midwest Wholesale Furniture to the Better Business Bureau. I'm still waiting for an outcome from this stressful ordeal. I would never spend my money at Midwest Wholesale Furniture ever again. I will tell all my friends, family, and anyone I know to never spend money there.

This place has the most rude staff I have ever seen. For a business/furniture store it is a joke of a business. Their showroom is about a 20x20 ft square and you order out of a catalog. When I walked in customers were screaming at the owner and his staff were arguing back. They kept saying how the staff screwed up their order and it was more than obvious they didn't want to take ownership for their mess up. I mean who fights their customers back?? That was an immediate turn off and we left. Their furniture is complete junk and will not hold up long term. Everything is particle board. If you want cheaply made crap please shop here and buy out of their catalog ordering system.
