Very satisfied with them... Mainly I use the self-service copy / fax, but they have made banners for me and supplied my office needs. Friendly helpful folks... Only once in the past 15 years were they not able to meet my needs. But, in all fairness, it was an off-the-wall type of request.

I am not typically an office max, office depot shopper. After my final shopping experience ever at best buy, I saw a deal on a laptop on slick deals and figured I would give them a try. I had to go from Brookfield out to Stallas and staff was amazingly helpful at both locations. I was shocked how helpful and friendly they were. I will definitely return for in the future.

Extremely unclean and almost unsafe store, tripped several times on the flooring that needs repair. When you could find someone to help you, they were very nice. Limited selection, but the staff had product knowledge that you can't find online.
