There were about 5 people working and instead of offering to help my mom and I they all stood at the cash register desks and socialized with each other. I was going to buy a pair of shoes but decided to not give this store my service. I usually love Maurice’s and I haven’t had an experience like this at any other one of their stores.

Awesome! Top notch! Above and beyond! These are just a few ways I would describe the employee's at this location. I have really had bad experience in the past with snooty sales people that don't make an effort to help . Not here.  These women made it so easy to spend money that I signed up for a credit card (which I cut all charge cards up years ago so this is such a big deal.

I love Maurices. It has a bunch of differnt styles of clothing and lots of differnt types and styles of shoes, jewelry, scarfs, etc. I also love how friendly the employees are. They have helped me find really cute outfits for a bunch of different things.

Worst customer service I've ever had at a Maurices, which is sad because it's my favorite store. Was in there for 20 minutes and not one person even greeted me. There was four employees that I saw, and five customers. I wanted to try stuff on, but no help. I left everything on a rack, and left. Every Maurices I've been to they've all been extremely helpful, and nice. I will no longer be going to the nampa Maurices.

I love maurices..this is where i got my first line of credit. I have never had an issue until tonight.  i had to show myself to a dressing roo, and no on once offered to assist me for almost 30 min into my visit. One of the gals offered to assist me with finding a pair of shoes and left me for 10+ min...i asked a second gal if she could help me find a specific shirt and she walked away from me ..ill be staying to the store in meridian IF i go back.
