I have been a long time Gap and Banana Republic customer, but started buying most my clothes at Old Navy when a store opened up near me.  I have by far been to the Nampa store more than any (since '07), and have nothing but good things to say about this store!  I have always found the employees to be friendly and eager to help you find the right style for you.  The location is great, so many other stores to choose from near it!  There have been several times I have had an issue, usually just size stuff, and the staff find a great solution quickly and without having to call some corporate number.  Overall, I am very satisfied with this location and Old Navy as a company.

Summer just started & they only had a few Bermuda shorts & they overcharged me at checkout by over $20 so I had to go back & have them fix it.

I was so not impressed with the lack of customer service and the LACK OF CLEANLINESS. The front tables were filthy underneath.  The pipes above the dressing rooms (which were unattended) don't look like they've been cleaned since the store has been opened. It's not an old store, come on people...  No reason for it to be so dirty. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was for the sale prices.

So I bought a $40 jacket and I wore it once but then realized it was too big so I wanted to get it a size smaller but they said i can't do that because I already wore it once... seriously, come on its a jacket not a pair of underwears. First time I buy there and probably the last.
