My brother had purchased a gift for our baby shower, and when I called in to customer service I was treated very poorly. Nick was not making any effort to help me over the phone and was very short with his responses, once I asked for the store managers name his attitude shifted slightly. We were able to find the item and when I arrived the next day, the order had been cancelled. Even though I received the email that it should still be available for pickup. They were not able to help me out at all and told me that my brother would have to reorder the gift.

This is more for the Starbucks area than the store as a whole. Every time I go to this Target I have a great time. However, there was this lady at the Starbucks that was so helpful! I think I'll be making more specific trips, despite the drive, just because I was so happy with her customer service. She made me two quick samples to try the different ways to make a new drink I wanted to try! I was in and out in five or six minutes WITH the extra time for the samples. Now I order that drink every time I go back. Love, love, love this place!

I abslutely love this store all the staff was very helpful and loved there kind words and showing us where things were when we ask... even as far as me leaving 10 dollars in the self serve machine when i asked for cash back they called me and told me that i had forgot my money, i giver this store a huge five stars and thank you for your kind customer service, my store for life.....

For the most part the visit was good. But I see a lot of products for Women. But not as much for men for clothes and hygene products.

I like that there are less people than Walmart. And Target seems a little more upscale than Kmart and ShopKo. Nice displays of products and mostly short lines with self check out too.
