All in all I had a great experience there. Staff is very friendly and helpful, dentists know what they do, can trust in their diagnosis and work completely. Sure, I have heard about the waiting list problem, but that´s the way they do it. Of course they could also tell them instead of calling in every month, "Sorry, we are full for the next 6 or 12 months. Call again 6/12 months, if you can wait that long, etc." Maybe they will change that in a moment...

I am so very pleased with the exceptional care and service that was provided to me. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Very thankful for everything!!! Thanks goes to Juliana, Dena, Gina, Kaley, Darcy, Dr. Razole (sorry if I slaughtered that) and the rest of the staff. Merry Christmas!!! Thanks a million.

One of the worst customer-service experiences of my life. Dental hygienists did not greet the patients as they were taken back to be examined--so I said "hi" first, and the hygienist instantly arced into a state of anger. Dentists similarly did not communicate with patients as human beings, you're left laying their under the exam light wondering what just happened to your body. If you weren't afraid of the dentist before, you will be now.

The people are all nice, but the services they offer to people without insurance or on badgercare is a joke.  THEY ONLY PULL TEETH.  No preventative, no fillings, JUST EXTRACTION.  Call Black River Falls clinic instead, they do full services even for people on badgercare/no insurance.
