I have spent months looking for a bed, at several places, but I wasn't satisfied until I met Will and Brian at Metro Mattress. 

Not only are the prices great, and I compared what they charged for a specific mattress against both local stores and the internet, and Metro Mattress had the best pricing and fantastic customer service.

Will and Brian were so patient with me when I wanted to try multiple beds and asked A LOT of questions. I have three, chronic pain disorders and I am used to waking up in horrible pain every day.

They helped me find the perfect, very comfortable mattress at a very reasonable price. (They also sell two types of sheets that are the nicest I have ever seen)!

I was shocked that I could spend about $800 for a Queen-size, Simmons Beautyrest Silver mattress, box spring and frame. (And, they have 6-month interest free financing).

Online, they wanted $1,000 for the mattress ONLY. And, Metro Mattress delivers in 2 days! 

I only write reviews when I am truly impressed with a company. Working with Will and Brian was so comfortable and easy. 

I highly recommend stopping in to see them. They are not pushy at all. The selection is great and the company has been around for years.

Will in the Horseheads store was so SOOOO HELPFUL, AND VERY RESPECTFUL!  HE WENT COMPLETELY OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP MATCH THE OTHER STORES PRICES, AND THAT MEANT A LOT! HE IS SUCH A AWESOME PERSON,  AND I HOPE SO MUCH THAT HE'S THERE OUR NEXT TRIP! THANK YOU WILL!!! :-)

Purchased a bed during the Labor Day sale. The proce was right. The salesman was very engaging. We had a great conversation while doing paperwork. Delivery was fast and professional. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Metro Mattress!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. He helped us pick out the perfect Tempurpedic mattress. We are 100% satisfied and have never slept better!!! Delivery was the next day and they were great as well!

I had a great experience in a short time.  Bought a mattress and low profile box spring for my spare room.  Ron, the salesman, was very nice and knowledgeable.  Didn't try to oversell.  Delivery next day was a really good job also.  Thanks to your team.
