We was in the electronics dept. looking through phone cases AND their older female (long gray hair) employee was so rude and unprofessional that we just walked away. We recently purchased 2 x100$ phones AND couldn't get her to help, So we opened a couple cases and she literally snagged one from my hand. I kept my cool being my son was with me, but next time I'll make a scene and HAVE a manager called. It's ridiculous to be treated as such when you spend so much money there. Best Buy here I come!

Have you had a great day and want to ruin it quickly? Do you love standing in lines behind carts heaped high after welfare checks arrive? Enjoy long walks looking for a line that doesn't have a twenty plus minute long wait? How about individuals on scooters clogging every isle as far as the eye can see? Are slow and never enough cashiers your forte? What about self checkout that is agonizing to use? Well if you love any of these things look no further because you have found the mecca of Walmart trash. I assure you that your purchase of two items will take you no less than 30 minutes from the time you enter the store until the time you leave. Enjoy!

We had to wait quite awhile in line, as someone was returning some things & customer service was closed.  The CSM was swearing & it was inappropriate in front of all the staff & customers.   Aged 3 y.o.(my grandson) up to 50+.  Shame on her.  It was upsetting to our cashier as well.  
It felt as if there was no air conditioning going, at all.  Nearly left our cart, it made my 8-month pregnant daughter nauseated & weak.

Loved it . New store. Huge place with alot of scooters for those who need them.

The only downside to this store for me is the shelves are to high.  I always have to find someone to help me.
