My mother in law went to Mays Parlor couple days ago and she couldn’t stop raving about the cutest little cafe...🙂...She was 100% right. It’s amazing. Very pleasant positive atmosphere.  All pastries look heavenly! You can tell instantly, that they were made with love and care. Baked right there in the shop..😍 My personal  favorite- Coconut Cake! Highly recommend! Looks fantastic and taste crazy good !!!! 🍰 😍💕

This is the best place in Virginia Beach for Italian style espresso/short blacks. The right espresso cup size and great coffee flavour.

Great food and lattes. Location is perfect at the oceanfront. Cafe is adorable. So many food options that are all delicious. Had a breakfast sandwich on a croissant today and it was phenomenal! Very attentive and welcoming staff, as well.

One of my all time favorite pastry spots and now lunch! Rachel and her amazing team never fails to disappoint! The warm cozy atmosphere sets a light airy mood even on the gloomiest of days here at the beach! Everything is honestly so good, my favorite would have to be the pb&j cookies and the amazing croissants ! I have always wanted a little cafe close to home to enjoy some tea and pastries as i did in europe and this is only a bike ride away❤ do yourself a favor and take your tastebuds on a delightful and well deserved trip to Mays parlor!
