Have now purchased 2 Mercedes Benz SUV's from Ken Sattler  and this dealership. Upfront and honesty from start to finish. Have had an amazing buying experience two times now. Excellent customer service and transparency!

Ken Sattler made sure the process was clear and quick. By far, the best car dealer experience, I've head in the last 12 years!

Terrible experience with this service department. Car was returned with repairs not completed and additional damage due to carelessness. After filling out a customer satisfaction survey from MBUSA a representative from this dealership contacted me and was short, monotone and rude. Left wit a car that cannot be safely driven on an expressway.

I had been looking for a very specific car that happened not to be a Mercedes, but I found one online that Mercedes of north palm beach had in stock.  I live 4 hours from the dealership and had to conduct most of the transaction by phone and email with Ken Sattler.
When I went to finish the purchase I found the car to be exactly as advertised. Ken and the entire stafff were easy to deal with and the purchase was extremely smooth.

I drove from Orlando to buy my car here from Ken Sattler and I honestly don't think I'll buy a car from anywhere else. There prices cannot be beat, they have a great selection, and best all they treat you like your a family member. It will take one hell of a deal to keep me from spending my money somewhere else! Thank you for the fantastic experience Mercedes of North Palm and Ken!
