I wish I could review the food or the service, however since I did not receive either it is difficult to do.  We were seated promptly, however after 15 minutes of no one coming to our table to even acknowledge we were there, we left.  Two other tables were seated after us and were serviced.  On our way out we told the person at the podium that no one came to our table therefore we were leaving and he just said "ok".  We won't be back.

Food was great. But my ticket came and it was $71.86 no problem, it was worth it. Gave the waitress my card came back it was $137.86, hold on. Got a manager to get it straight. Sorry no tip. We eat out every weekend and that has never happened. Sorry we will never go again. So this should  be no stars after that. Sorry this is not a common mistake, wrong drink cool. Double my price not cool.

The service was terrible. The waitress brought my grandson his drink in an adult glass which he spilled. My fillet was brought out before my salad so they took it back. Then my salad was brought with the wrong dressing. My fillet arrived MW when I ordered MR. When I finally received my food, my grandson was done eating.  My steak was good but my baked potatoe was not done and only had sour crime no butter. Will not go back. Additionally, they were not busy. Imagine!!

Kim is an Excellent & attentive waitress, food was good as always.  New look is nice but do admit I liked it the other style.

Staff was friendly and the food was good. I do not like the new atmosphere; it was very loud, very bright and felt rushed to be done.
