Red Lobster serves very good seafood. The garlic biscuits are addictive and the clam chowder is one of my favorites. They run an All You Can Eat lobster special occasionally, so if you are a fan of lobster, that's a good time to visit. Otherwise, you will find them to be a bit pricey.

Our youngest granddaughter loves shrimp so we decided to take her for the shrimp fest.  We were surprised to get a table right away (just outside the kitchen).  Our waitress seemed really sweet and the drinks, salads and bread came quickly.   Our waitress returned once to take the empty plates and refill the drinks.  She apologized that we didn't have our food yet and stated the kitchen was taking longer than usual.  We sat and waited for what seemed like forever and our granddaughter was about to fall asleep.  We noticed that the people seated right behind my wife were brought food four different times while we waited.  The people across from us were able to finish and leave and others were seated in their place.  A couple who came in long after us got their food and still we got nothing.  We watched for our waitress so we could ask her about this but never saw her again.  We decided to leave but stopped at the front to ask what we owed for the drinks and salads.  They went to check and came back with "they've got your food".  How long had it been sitting in the kitchen?  All together, we were there about 1.5 hours without our dinners.  We opted to leave and were not charged for the items we did receive.  Our granddaughter was greatly disappointed and REALLY did not want to leave.  She chose Freddy's Frozen Custard down the street where she had her food in about 5 mins.!

I love the service here. Justin and Richard are phenomenal servers, we request them every time. They know the menu in and out and can help you with any questions you may have. Food is always great here, and if there's anything wrong, the servers do their absolute best to fix it within reason. I've never had a bad experience dining here.

Great food, but they raised their prices again, got rid of their table cloths & candles... no longer a romantic place to eat, and waitress would not leave us alone.

Just had lunch with my best friend and her husband Rod & Lashawna Harbeston. Jim treated them since they were gracious enough to meet us in Shawnee. Food and service were great just need more mozzarella in tomato salad. We stop by whenever traveling this way
