I never leave reviews for anywhere however I came here on my lunch break and Tried to order the $5 chicken fajita quesadilla box and was told I could not get a soft taco instead of hard, and I said okay ill take the hard taco but without lettuce.. she said we cannot take off the lettuce... okay I don't want the box. instead order a cheesy gordita church and a crunchwrap both without lettuce. crunchwrap is how I ordered cheesy gordita crunch however has lettuce. I go inside they replace it but the manager or who ever handed me the replacement was very rude and I offered to give back the one they had made incorrectly and she rudely says we cant take that back accross the counter you can throw it in the trash....

This place sucks they have gone down hill badly.. they don't give their employees breaks ,they also give out wrong orders and not complete their orders. Also they put you on hold and never answer the phone

I try not to leave bad reviews, but I've been trapped in the drive through for long periods of time, and I do not like that.  They've locked the doors significantly before closing once in the past. I attempted to call to let the management know and could not connect with anyone.  The Taco Bell on N. Harrison near Independence is much better.  

Tip: Avoid the drive through if there are any cars there. You won't be able to leave the line if it gets too long of a wait.

Beside the food isnt good the servings in their tacos have been reduced.  Their prices have gone up.
