Took 30 mins for food, they were out of several items we tried to order, seems as if they were clueless on even how to ring up the order or what they sold. They asked us twice what we ordered to drink, when we asked what sauce they had she had to go look, where is the training? Never again a joke calling this fast food, the people in front of us had to pull up to wait on their order

Amazing service, a tad slow but they fixed it, the managers name is Black, amazing guy and amazing customer service

I honestly tried to give this place a chance. It failed FIVE times of ordering from there. The place is dirty. The staff is rude. The orders are not filled correctly. The prices are too high. The staff rings up the order incorrectly (usually in their favor!) The food has been everywhere from overcooked to undercooked. The wait times are too long. Et cetera! I have been to other Popeyes locations and absolutely loved it, but this place needs new management badly.

You wait a while to get waited on and they don't give you your change back wait 10 min for your food and then part of it taste horrible.

Why is it always something with this place!? The card reader is down or their out of what you want or the drive thru is down or you're waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru. Love the chicken but damn.
