The manager here was very accommodating- I had left my sweater behind on a trip through the area but did not realize until I was back in New York.  The manager was more than happy to send it to me and she wouldn't take my money for shipping. This is definitely above and beyond the call of duty.  I appreciate her friendliness to a stranger just passing through.

Almost everytime i come here the food tastes stale or the yogurt is about to go out of date in an hour. The cookies i got twice were old and the service is usually very slow and 80% of the time fairly rude. I got a sandwich right before they closed the other night and it literally made me sick. This Mcdonald's needs an overhaul with management, an upgrade in size considering its on a very high traffic area and food needs to be at least warm and somewhat fresh. Very dissatisfying. The Fishersville Mcdonald's is very good though. Food is 99% of the time fresh and very fast for the high traffic.

HORRIBLE store, NOT to McDonalds standards, Kiosk did not work properly, order was not received in 10 minute time period. SIMPLE order, 1 Burger and 10 piece nuggets.. NO excuse for this kind of behavior...NONE. 

Store design is comparable to Roomper Room out of the 1960's, Hard NON McDonalds chairs, HORRIBLE wall paper, NOT to corporate standards. 

Ordering Kiosks do NOT work at all in a correct manner.. All items MUST be individually orders, and you have to go through 20+ screens to order 2 simple items. UNACCEPTABLE.

Order was NOT completed in corporate time period, and was not delivered to my table. Two customers that ordered AFTER me, got their orders BEFORE me.. clearly NOT acceptable.

Come on 1 burger and 1 10 piece nuggets takes 15+ minutes to make, you must be NUTS... manager should be FIRED immediately,.
