Love sodalicious!! We usually have a great experience and go with some frequency. Today, however, drive thru line was verrrry slow and 1/4 drinks was bad. It is a drink we get often and was not the same, maybe the syrup was out. Usually a 5 star experience, but today a 1 star.
UPDATE: Came here again just to see if anything has improved and no, it hasn’t. I waited 8 minutes behind someone who got two drinks. TWO DRINKS. I can’t quite understand why it takes this long to put soda, ice and some syrup in a cup. Great if you wanna wait 30 minutes in a drive through behind two cars and not see the menu which is barely visible until you get to the window. I’ve tried to come here a few times and always leave because it’s so slow.
Service has gone way downhill. The staff doesn’t know how to make drinks and the ratios are off. Used to be my favorite place to come, but they’ve hired some guys that have no idea what they’re doing.
We LOVE Sodalicious! They are my go-to when I need a Diet Coke after a long day! And they have great cookies and treats too, with a new Cookie of the Month each month!
Yeah this place rocks!! Fast service and delicious thirst quenching drinks! They have a bazillion different flavors and sodas to wet any whistle.
The weekday morning crew is by far my favorite. So fast and makes drinks perfect every time.
The drive thru was open but the lobby didn’t open until 3 pm. I understand if you want to lower the amount of customers you take at a time but I’m confused on why it takes these employees over 15 minutes for one car that ordered two drinks. It’s soda and cookies, not rocket science. I would understand if there was a lobby full of customers but they are working one customer at a time. Had to pull away because we didn’t move in line for 16 minutes. Disappointed.

How is this place not all over the country? We're from Washington and were so excited to find this place. Sometimes the service at this location is a little slow, but overall we go there way too much. Their gluten-full cookies are amazing so my family tells me but the gluten free ones are kinda dry and not my favorite. But that's ok because SODA.
