First open the picture. Would you eat this? I live in Star, round trip 14 miles. I ordered a #1, no onions, mayo and ketchup with tots and a coke. They asked me if I wanted fry sauce and said yes. So, what did I get? The patty was broken, there was no ketchup or mayo. The lonely tomato and scantily hint of old lettuce was it. The tots I got were under cooked, the container not full. No fry sauce either. No napkins. $8 for this?! Sonic you have lost it. What happened? I love Sonic. At least I used to.

Very Rude Customer service! One employee was speaking up when another employee ask how long I was waiting. I said about 20 minutes and the other person chimed in over the intercom to tell me it’s “only been 5 Minutes”. When in reality, it was almost 20 minutes before the one employee asked me a question. Time ordered, 902pm, Time when asked a question face to face, 920pm, time of when I got the food 930pm Once I got the food. It’s was Poorly thrown together and poorly wrapped. Very disappointed in this Location. I understand your short staffed, but your staff should hold themselves together better in a time like tonight. Truly hate to leave bad reviews, being in Retail my self. But, never will you catch my employees griping about being short staffed  which we are too  and arguing with a customer over how long they’ve been waiting.

Today was the final straw for horrible customer service. We have had issues before here and shrugged them off. Today we tried to order. Could not hear through the mic refused to take us at the window. We finally get to the window and their music is playing so loud no wonder they can't her their customers. The person on drive through was rude and was not help. The manger was nice did try but got our food wrong anyway. We will not be returning to this sonic. And we come here all the time.

Would not be surprised if someone else stated this but the cashier’s attitude was the WORST!!! She kept acting like I was a problem for requesting things like a straw. She clearly did not want to be there and quite frankly after a few seconds of the interaction with her I immediately regretted ordering anything from there. It stuck with me for a few days so I decided to write this review about it.

I came here tonight at 8pm. It took 30 minutes to get my order. When I sent my bf in to get my money back it took 10 minutes and they gave us our food. Thanks sonic, I will NEVER order from this location again. I wanted my money back not my food 10 minutes later.

Just left ordered cinnasticks, with cream cheese dip. So I get my bag and pull away from the drive thru. No cream cheese dip. I park go in ask for it and we'll we are out. Should have said that upon ordering I would not have gotten them. This is a waste of my time and money.  Just left here today 12-18-22. One more time, fries so salty and limp threw them away, chicken sandwich pretty much just crunchy bread, no chicken to speak of. No more chances, they just won't serve decent food.

Y’all need to send an RM out to clean this mess up. Your employees are seemingly rude and self righteous and from the sounds of other reviews I’m not the only one to experience this. I don’t believe it’s the employees though. I’m not going to put anyone on blast, rather the entire operation. Really sonic, who is steering the ship here? Who’s managing these teenagers? They can’t be expected to run your facility with weak leadership and little experience and keep their heads on straight.  The last 3 times I’ve been here I’ve had issues, and it seems many others have had the same issues as well.

ABSOLUTEY THE SALTIEST MEAL I HAVE EVER ATTEMEPTED TO EAT! The burgers tasted like someone dumped a load of salt over each patty. Super disgusting! There were 4 of us. No one could eat their meal and we ended up going elsewhere. I would NEVER go back!

Omg it was so gross! The chicken sandwich thingy that I had that was on toast have been under the lights for so long that the lettuce was cooked in a tomato was cooked and Stewie and it was mushy and disgusting. And way too expensive.

I believe the person manning the tell at this location was dishonest in their actions and intent, and I think it is important that I share. I needed to break a 10 to get something so I got two drinks. My total was $4.64, I paid with the 10 and 64 cents, and did not receive change, but since I normally just pay with a card I didn’t think about it until I got to the place where I needed to pick up the thing and I realized I did not have the $6 and I check the receipt and it says $.34 change which means the teller entered that I gave a 5. However I said here is 64 cents and a 10 then gave that amount of money. Then when we returned a few minutes later and asked about the missing money the window person didn’t even question it and immediately just jumped into excuses then returned the money.
