First pulled up to the service window and it was so dirty u could not see through them. In the next the large soda that was ordered had zero ice in it. Not one not two cubes Zero ice. Next I wanted to order a flavored coffee drink. I should say iced coffee drink and I was told that they did not have any cups to serve me my iced large coffee drink while I was staring at a large pop drink cup. I was given some excuse that the cup that they use they did not have in stock. I think they have to go to the school of problem solving. It was downright a horrible experience and to be honest the only thing I wanted all day was that coffee and it just ruined my day and my experience at this McDonald's. And not only that it was filthy I do have to state that again.

The hours are 6am-10pm, not 6-11. That said, I came by at 9:50pm and there were employees inside but both doors were locked. I came by at 6:50am, and again there were employees inside, but both doors are locked. The other day I went  by about 8pm and one door was locked, and the other was open. I'm not sure why, but the one employee gave me a weird look when I went in. Really annoying considering I'm going to work without breakfast now. Sometimes this McDonald's is completely useless.

Still one of the worst McDonald's in the Pittsburgh area. Constantly understaffed. Nobody wants to do their job while they there. Most the time their Fountain drinks taste like somebody's dumping a can of soda into a cup. Or it's an off-brand Cola. I really believe the franchise owner of this location just doesn't care whatsoever. Most McDonald's go through a lot of employees but this one Takes the Cake.

Couple of Filet-O-Fish, an good they were ! In the drive through, large Root Beer, With temp. In the 80s Out it was also wonderful.

Horrid Location -- I've visited this site both before and after the renovations, and a makeover doesn't mean a place will operate more efficiently....I feel the service is a really worse. Over my past 5 visits: - I've had my food orders messed up, sandwiches made improperly, items missing - I've seen numerous employees seem dazed and confused are you on the clock or not- why is there so much walking around the site? - I've seen management struggle to keep the new equipment functional- on the phone, with tech support, unable to help the employees because the registers aren't working.... - I watched employees send patrons to the self help kiosks, after they had already been waiting to order. Wow. So the elders in the community are supposed to have the technology forced on them? - I've seen numerous staff fumble with money/ seem a bit incompetent with giving change - It's taken me over 20 minutes to get a slushie at this site . - incredibly sketchy at night, off-putting people in the parking lot, rambunctious behavior  - as of writing this, I ordered 21 minutes ago, and I only have my drink. My attached pictures show how empty it is here so.....where's my food...  I understand training new staff. I'm assuming many of the employees are new because of their behavior. I started working at McDonald's at 15 as my first job, and so I understand the issues, the bathrooms, the customers, I know what the employees deal with.  You've not experienced hell untill you've worked drive-thru during a Sunday lunch rush and the drink machine malfunctions.  However, there is a standard that should be held, regardless. It's evident almost no one employed in this building cares about being here. I just can't believe out of my 5 visits since the remodel, there's always been something wrong. You need to ask yourself how hungry you are before coming here, or you may have better luck with the drive-thru. Update, I just received my food and it's cold, of course....you've been warned.  UPDATE-- the magic continues. I'm still here on visit 5, and wow, not only was the food that arrived cold, but I got the wrong food. I took it up to the cashier and told the cashier that that was not my sandw6, to which he asks, well, does that sandwich have bacon on it?" Sir, that's irrelevant-- this entire sandwich is not one that I want. ?? I'm confused why this location has the table service if they are constantly going to bring you the incorrect meal, well after you ordered. Dreadful location.

I really wasn't fond of the females having their hair out freely to possibly get into my food. Most of them were more worried about conversation between one another.Food: 3/5

It’s suppose to be open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday, but it’s really not. The kids at the window will let you sit there in line and then tell you they’re done taking orders at 12:30-1:30 am

I've had nothing but issues with this McDonald's. I know they've been short staffed, everywhere has. But it doesn't excuse the terrible service and wrong orders EVERY order. A couple months ago I ordered 2 burger meals, when I got to the line I was given 30 chicken nuggets without checking. I went back around in line and waited 30 minutes, just for them to tell me at 8PM they were closing and all they had left was a burger and a 10 piece. I contested it with my bank, then stopped going. Tonight I wanted a Oreo shamrock McFlurry, didn't want to drive far so I thought 'not too hard to mess up'. Wrong-I was given a shamrock shake with Oreos on top. It's truly amazing how One store can mess up EVERY time.

Although McDonald's prices have genuinely gone up, I was grateful that it was there, and that I could actually go in and in person get my food. The workers do have masks on. Very long wait, although there was a very helpful young guy who saw that I was one of the last waiting at a certain point, and he made sure that I got what I needed asap. Grateful.
