I noticed that the restroom was blocked off when a gentleman tried to use it and the manager yelled at him to not move the cabinet that was blocking the door. And the handicapped accessible bathroom had an out of order sign. This is against the law in Pennsylvania. You must provide a restroom.

This McD's location is top tier although parking doesnt exist. You'll have the take the next intersection left or the second intersection to the right to find parking. They run through so many delivery and store orders in a day they are super good workers at this location so give em respect. My food has never been bad here. Ya know the occasional cold fry or sometimes they forget the sauce is meant to be on the inside of the sandwich but i can let it slide since I've been here hundreds of times and appreciated my meal 99% of the time.  They have bathrooms downstairs. Upstairs seating has been closed. Go say whats up.  Parking: No parking for 1-2 blocks

I ordered an Burrito and she upselled the two for three dollars. I could not see the electronic menu and asked for a physical one. They did not have one so the cashier asked what I liked and well I was at a loss because I usually don't eat McDonald's. They were ok. The bathroom is still out of order after at least a year. So I then asked for water and they have none and also no pop. Only coffee so right now my mouth feels like the desert.  Gaudy yellow and very small. I came here before in my college days and it is just not at all like I remember. I won't be coming here.

Place is violently understaffed, had 4 people working during a huge rush. One of the employees was harassing another. Can't believe I was dumb enough to wait 50 mins for my order. 0/10 owner needs a reality check

The absolute worst customer service. They also randomly close and mobile orders sometimes don’t go through even though they are open. It’s the only one close to the University so it’s going to have to do, but the customer service is horrible. Also the buns I got recently with a quarter pounder and Big Mac were either wet or stale.

I've never seen this bathroom open to public I see police and workers use it I guess this mcdonalds says they don't care about pa laws at all I only get coffee here cause I'm uselly so busy driving for work but sad thoFood: 3/5

This place is such a hit or miss experience. I usually place a mobile order and wait about 10-15 on average once I'm there. That's fine. They're generally very busy and don't seem to cope well with rush times.  They were busy today too but it was horrible. The one single person actually filling orders was arguing with a customer about what she put in his bag saying that she knew what she put in there. I don't see how that was possible given how she was running around. But even still the argument was ridiculous.  There were two people standing there having personal conversations with an off-duty employee offering no help to the one person trying to run it all.  The girl doing the drinks was so slow and so unable to do the job that I left without my drink another person had gotten his food and been standing there for over 10 minutes waiting for his drink. I was just grateful to have gotten food . . . Or would have been if the burger wasn't undercooked.  Overall,  this is about the worst experience I've had when my expectations were basically zero.

You can run outta places to sit quickly with the limited booths when they have 1 person in each, the 2/$6 big macs was on the dry side tooFood: 3/5

I had a very rude lady wait on me she wasn't friendly at all barely spoke to me. This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been too and also the most expensive. Do not recommend going to this location

Workers didn't seem like they cared. Stuff was dropped on the ground and picked back up and used again without being washed, sanitized or thrown away. Horrible experience here.
