Really amazing staff! Quick and good! I get a custom drink and the barista figured out a way to order it that makes it cheaper and simpler so there is less chance of it being messed up it's not super complicated but easy to mess up. Very satisfied!

Yesterday I was at the hospital to help a disabled family member navigate a series of test and appointments. The kind and caring barista who was efficient, sympathetic, and positive made my day much brighter. Their customer service could not have been better. Only wish I checked their name to be able to tell the manager. Thank you for bringing kindness and caffeine on a day we needed it the most.

Gideon made me the best coffee I ever tasted. He went above and beyond with premier customer service. Thank you for serving me and having patience .

The front girl is so rude with full on attitude at 7 in the morning . I mean why work with clients when u can't even deal with one . Upmc needs to train their staff better .

I have had many coffee and a snacks at Starbucks since they have been in Pittsburgh.  This Starbucks is without a doubt the worst!  The staff was ignorant to me and acted in a manner that should have them looking for another job.  I will not give them any of my business again.

If you are trendy... yes. I just want caffeine for less than my 1st born.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. A nice place to sit and relax for a moment on a stressful day at the hospital.
