I'd say this Dunkin is a bit below average. One of their kiosk ordering machines was not working properly, but you would not know it until you tried to actually order with it. So you end up wasting a lot of time. They were pretty busy -- lot of online orders I think, so the line in the store was moving pretty slow. Coffee is good.

Caden was an absolute gem he got me everything I needed with a huge smile on his face! I would only return to Dunkin if we was working there. He deserves to run this place and get $157383973 an hour. I mean honestly he was cute too . I think that Dunkin should really capitalize on this worker and make him the face of the company. If he EVER quits I willl NO LONGER be a customer.         . This place is more disappointing each time I go. My butter pecan coffee tasted sour, like something was wrong with the syrup. The cold brew looked more like iced tea and was watered down, and the hash browns came out ice cold and uncooked in the middle. We waited about 20 minutes for our stuff which is insane for what we ordered and given the poor quality. I’m not coming back and don’t recommend!

Absolutely worst. Waited 30 mins for my order and that's after submitting 15 mins ahead of time.  The expedite person was rude and had no idea about timing of my order other than saying 15 tickets behind!

It was nice to be able to get a cup of Chai Tea early. The staff were a lot of fun as well.  A+Food: 5/5

I ordered a bagel with butter and they gave me one with cream cheese. The bag even says butter on it. So disappointed, ruined my morning.

Dunkin near UPMC - visited this weekend. One of the worst Dunkin donuts store I ever seen. Saturday morning.....no fresh donuts, coffee creamer was either expired or spoiled. Restroom was out of bathroom tissue, and was not clean.

the staff is supes nice but don’t come if you’re in a rush

This location is not doing too well. Constantly out of stock and overrun by customers. Ordering ahead is a gamble, as they are likely to be out of the items you want.
