This is my first time trying this and I loved it . I was scared to try because I'm so picky but one of the girls made me feels comfortable about it. Sorry I forget your name, but you know yourself and you are so beautiful
I ordered a Chocolate Chip Frappuccino with white mocha switched from regular mocha due to an allergy and they gave me the drink with no changes. I asked immediately if the order was correct as it looked darker then it was supposed to but they insisted it was correct and that I could come back if it was wrong. Took one sip and instantly knew it was wrong based off flavor and how it made me feel ill. Attempted to ask if they could remake the drink with white mocha but they once again insisted it was correct and said all they could do was "add more pumps". I've never had this happen before but I don't feel comfortable going back after the experience...
This store is the worst! The student workers don't listen, and refuse to correct the issue when they mess up. Also... they will not refund you if they load the incorrect amount on your Starbucks card... they just expect that you should spend more money than you wanted. Starbucks lost a loyal customer due to the attitude of the CHILDREN working in this store. I still want my money back as well!
Usually this location is great but they’re awful about remakes. I understand sometimes mistakes happen and the order is wrong but when I’ve asked to have it corrected/remade they insist I don’t know what I’m talking about and that they actually made it correctly, as if I don’t know what my usual order looks or tastes like. I don’t know why it’s so difficult for the baristas here to just remake when they make a mistake, I’m not mad when it happens but it’s belittling and upsetting when they don’t bother to fix it. I don’t even ask anymore because I know it’ll be a whole argument and sometimes I don’t even get it remade after all the fuss.
I never ever have left a horrible Starbucks review. But I moble ordered a venti white chocolate mocha, and it never came out despite me showing it to the barista on the app and showed the exact location. I was upset and frustrated with the poor service. They need to train the baristas better.
Always full of people, but if you orde ahead you wait practically no time at all in the store. Which is very nice because it can get very loud/crowded. Drinks have yet to fail me.Food: 4/5
Not sure why I keep giving different Starbucks a chance. This was a pistachio Frappuccino and I asked them to double the flavoring. They either forgot to double the flavor or it is in general so weak as to be entirely absent when I drunk it. Also the cake pop was boring and didn't stand out at all. For some reason I keep hoping that one location may be better then the others, but they just keep disappointing.
Very quick and friendly service, and they had the new chocolate cream cold brew which was so delicious! Thanks Starbucks team!
I didn’t get her name but the cashier was so sweetand had a cute pronoun button on her apron and recommended a drink to me that was absolutely delicious! It was busy so I wasn’t able to go up and tell her it was good but it definitely was. I got a strawberry açaí lemonade with peach juice and passion tea in it and it was soooooo good. Thank you to that girl it was amazing!
A couple frappuccinos for a Starbucks happy hour, the lovely staff gave me a nice suggestion to pair with my Pumpkin Spice frapp for service for quality. Job well done
