McDonald's

We are severely dissatisfied. First, our order was handed out wrong and rudely. Boxes were smashed, fries which we asked for fresh were droopy and cold. They handed us the order rudely and then started to proceed to hand us the wrong drink. We pulled the receipt out and asked to verify the order was correct. She rudely took the food back and said this is what you ordered right then like tossed it back at my fiance. Then she tried to hand us the wrong drink again. We ordered two large double quarter pounders with cheese meals. We do this once a week or so at this McDonalds and have never been treated like this in the past. We paid for two large Dr. Peppers. She went to get them but they were medium so we expressed how we payed for larges. She rolled her eyes at us and went to get the large Dr. Peppers. When she returned she handed us the beverage and said nothing to thank or finish out the transaction. The burgers were overly greasy way more than usual. It was almost like we could drink them and both boxes were badly squished. The fries were in a large container but were clearly much less than the normal amount. They were cold and scrawny and some of them were weirdly dark browned, which was odd because not the usual look of McDonald fries, but might just be the potatoes. This is the closest McDonalds to us and we are very disappointed with the service we experienced today when we usually have a pleasanter experience here. The only one who was nice was the one who handed us the receipt at the first window, I think her name was Veronica. We both agree that she was great.

Everytime I go to this McDonald's they ALWAYS mess up my order. It never fails. I checked it. It seemed correct and the big Mac had only 1 patty on it. I had to use someone else's extra cheeseburger and take their patty which I asked for no pickles it had only ketchup, no mustard, onions or cheese. Won't be going back to this location again. Also asked for well done fresh fries, no salt, and they were soggy and under cooked. Stay away.

This location is alright. Don’t like how when you exit you have to go East even if you want to go West. Got my usual double hamburger with fries and Coke it was just all right. Asked for a salt packet for the fries in the store didn’t have any. What?! French fries without any salt how weird?! AnyWho it was still OK. Inside the store is very nice with self ordering kiosk. Drive-through of course. And one way in one way out set up as far as driving.

Waited more than 5 minutes for my mobile order. They were short staff, the young lady Wilmarie was by herself taking orders, getting orders ready and doing mobile/curb side pick up. She had a great customer service!

Just came from there it’s 06NOV22 at 0026 pm & my food was delicious! Hot and fresh. I thank you night shift. Definitely will be back. Back drive girl was cool. Thank y’all fr. Blessings.

Seriously spent half an hour in the Drive-Thru line at 11:00 p.m. last night. Oh of course the ice cream machine was broken too. My order was taken at 10:54 not including my wait time to order. I finally got to pay at 11:14 and then still had to wait a few additional minutes just to get my food. The fries were lukewarm from the get-go but the chicken nuggets were hot and fresh so that was the high point.

With extensive social distancing measures in place, everything is open, except the self order kiosks, and the self-service drink machine. All employees wear masks, and customers order far apart from one another and sit far apart from one another, and tables are sanitized.

I rarely give low reviews. But this place wins for the lowest drive thru service in all of Kissimmee. It took me 35 mins to get one meal. It's not a quick stop which socks because it's the only mcdonalds for miles near me. Other than that staff is nice food is good. But someone please figure out why it's so slow please. Parking: Lots of parking if u want to go outside. On a bust road so getting out and in is a lot during rush hour.

incredible how these people from this mc donals do not like to follow the instructions of their customers; I have specifically ordered two hamburgers with the details, it turns out that I arrive at my house, trusting them, I see that it is not what was requested; They should change all the staff, it's not the first time it's happened to me
