Went to get my daughter a six piece nuggets h/m .....once I got home and my daughter went to eat this is what she got....... went back the MOD which she stated her name was Lorraine was very rude and had the nerves to get mad at me once I told her I wanted a whole new happy meal.....VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!
Three stars … five for speed & one for the extremely dry double cheeseburger. Went for ketchup but the dispenser had no paper ramekins. Went to four tables & the fifth was clean. Place seemed fully staffed too. That was good, but the team not executing, sadly.
Horrible experience every time. I'm allergic to wheat and corn. I always get no bun and no ketchup. Went there tonight and came home yo a glob of ketchup on my burger. Can't eat it. The manager in shift never greeted me, had her back turned to me the whole time and did not acknowledge me at all. I honestly barely expect much from fast food places but its just a bad experience every single time. Why is it so hard to just do your job? Why work somewhere if you don't care about it at all. The drove thru always takes 20 mins minimum to get through and to wait all that time for your food order to be messed up is highly disappointing. Please get employees who care and get rid of the slackers.
It's exactly what you expect from a fast food restaurant. The fries are definitely delicious right out of the fryers 5 to 10 minutes later basically the drive home and they are no longer the best tastingFood: 4/5
Worst Customer service ever never been to unprofessional place where all the freaking managers have attitude and snatches the food from customers hands I asked for fresh fries cause they tasted old and I told one of the managers and she literally snatched the bag from my hand with attitude and threw the bag out and she always has freaking attitude every time I go there I don’t recommend go to a different McDonald’s. That’s not a Good manager.Can u pls fire her .
I see a lot of 1 star reviews, but every time I've been to this place I've had no trouble with getting in and out very fast. Whether it's drive-thru or going in and ordering through the kiosk, it's usually quick and takes less than 5 minutes. The food is consistent and delivery orders are equally consistent.
This morning pick up some breakfast through curbside option. Service was prompt, food was fresh, napkins and utensils were in the bag! This was a easy and frictionless experience!
I've stricken out twice on this location they're always rude. Today I ordered a sundae and confirmed my order three times to be told I never ordered a Sundae and to get my receipt shoved in my face. They never offered to fix a mistake even though I clarified when ordering my order, while paying twice, and while picking up my food. Instead of solving their mistake or even having me pay for it and still giving it to me they did nothing to help but scoff, huff and be hella rude. Do yourself a favor and drive a mile further and go to the other McDonald's.
I have 45 minutes out here and the employees are not able to open the window and serve the customer, this service is terrible because they make the customer wait so long for a hamburger and fries.they take more than 20 minutes to give 2 sodas.They make fun of people when we put claim why they last so long.They say it's disrespectful to take pictures of them, but they who stay inside eating without paying attention to the line of cars is not disrespectful, playing with one's time
Trash Red headed stupidvisor needs to learn customer service. Went through drive through and the person taking the order rung everything up correctly. Checked 1 item in the bag and it was wrong. Went in to get it corrected and she refused to make another one and made me wait forever. I finally got a amanager to refund everything. She is the reason people throw food at fast food workers. She is the reason that people fight fast food employees. She will regret being a rude pos one day.
