Stopped by this Dunkin to get coffee and donuts, got what I asked for and that's it. The place was very clean. My order was done very fast. Everyone seemed very busy early morning.Takeout: Yes

Hashbrowns soggy, bagel burnt to a crisp hard as a rock, cream cheese tub open, croissant hard as a rock. Had to return the coffee because it had 2 ice cubes and looked like it sad for 3 hours before they gave it to me. Absolutely the worse dunkins I've ever been to.

Terrible customer service! Love Dunkin’ but I would drive a couple more minutes more just to not have to deal with this location. Surprise how it’s still open ‍

I decided to stop in today for a coffee before heading on the road and running some errands. I usually do not frequent this location even though it's steps away from my house because I've had more bad experiences than good. I ordered my usual medium hot cappuccino with hazelnut shot and not only was my coffee almost $5 but but the cup was mostly foam. When I pointed it to the girl and said that there was no coffee in here she said that's what a cappuccino is supposed to be like because of the foam. I pointed to the middle of the cup and said so the coffee comes up to here ans she said yes. She then asked if I wanted more coffee or another expresso shot or to make it into a latte which is the same thing and honestly all I believe she did was add an express shot. There was more foam than coffee in this cappuccino. This is ridiculous! I spent almost $8 for a cappuccino and 2 donuts and it was definitely not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere else I've had better coffee at Wawa for sure!  The picture was taken after I sipped half of what was on top and spit it out my window. There was definitely still more foam in this cup as you can see

Long line at the drive through. Since I was in a hurry to get to work I went inside. I did not like the kiosk for me to order but the young lady was nice enough to take my order and get it out as soon as possible. They were doing an awesome job for only 2 employees at morning rush!

The worst customer service ever! I’ve gone to this location 3x and never had a positive experience. The staff is not friendly at all and I’m surprised on how this location is still open. Even though they are right around the corner from me, I would drive a few minutes away to the one on Vine St and I never regret it!

This location is trash!  Extremely rude service and can never seem to get anything right!!  Definitely will not be going back to this location!       TRASH!

Approach with plenty of patience. They are going to get your order wrong if they happen to have it in stock. It's like a drug transaction when visiting this place. You got test the product before leaving to make sure it's what you want.  Save time and go to the one up the road on Vine street. They not the best but you will for sure have a better chance of getting what you need.

Dysfunctional. The espresso machine was down, but they seemed to want the customer to figure it out on their own when the drink never arrived and leave without getting what they paid for.  The kiosk takes longer than just ordering.

This is my favorite spot. The staff is super sweet and helpful. I always have great service. Sometimes you can wait a bit but its understandable with the short staffing in most places. But yes this is my favorite location. Thank you so much for your hardwork.
