A 24-hour Dunkin! We visited this one around 9:00 pm right when other coffee shops were closing and not only did they have donuts in their case they also had Baskin Robbins ice cream, too. The Dunkin team of four was handling both businesses. There were people coming through the drive through.  They had excellent customer service.  My husband got the Christmas sprinkles doughnut and hazelnut coffee.

The owner or general manager of the store is a very RUDE and condescending woman. She makes the drink I ordered WRONG. Then got upset because I said it doesn't taste like a peppermint mocha, that it only tastes like mocha and if they can remake it. I buy 4-5 drinks from this location and the one on Osceola A DAY. I know what my drink is suppose to taste like. She the. Proceeds to say "white people always want something for free" when she's a Hispanic in MY country. The drink is normally 3.53 but how I order it it always comes out to 4.61.. so how am I getting anything for free? WHEN I ORDERED IT THAT WAY. She will lose her life talking to the wrong person like that.

I stopped by for a late night snack at 11pm Jan 23rd, and the service so was polite! They went above an beyond and even helped me switch to a better item when the other one was out! I got to try something new and it was great!

It would be nice if they fix the bathrooms once and for all. Every time I come here, they have an “out of order” sign for the bathrooms. The employees must have their own bathroom cuz I can’t imagine it being out of order for months. They make a mean latte though.

I came in early in the day and didn't expect all 50 munchkins different flavors to all be hard as a rock!! I almost chip a tooth. How can the donuts be hard early in the morning I would think that's when they would be the freshest. If they are rock hard don't serve them.

I can’t say enough about this location. Fast friendly clean on the inside the donuts are fresh coffee is good might be the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to in Kissimmee

Workers are super nice and always willing to help! Ignore my dad’s earlier review as he doesn’t know what he’s talking about!! The app is also super easy to use and makes everything go by super fast. My favorite location to go to always.

The food is not the problem. The customer service is uh… ok?….. I guess.  No hello, no have a good day, nothing. All she said was “$10” didn’t say anything else. I said thank you and she didn’t even look at me or said anything. All she did was close the window on me. And it’s always the same girl too that gives poor service. Seems like she’s miserable working there or she’s always in a bad mood.

Just visited your drive thru and your attendant was abrasive and after ordering we drove around only to be advised and I quote “I can’t check you out because my computer is rebooting” we offered cash including a tip and she refused to accept it. I always found Dunkin Donuts drive thru to be more of a higher end service and experience however it was more like a McDonalds or Burger King experience.

Horrible customer service.  They refuse to do separate orders at the drive through.  Coffee orders are wrong. They were very rude.
