If I could give minus 0 I would. Just got home and had stopped by to order food for my grandson. This is a joke. I ordered a happy meal of 4 pieces chicken nuggets. What they gave me was a box with what I believe is ranch inside. No nuggets. It’s unbelievable. My mistake was that I didn’t check the contents of the box until I got home. Shame on them. And I can’t even get through on the phone. The number doesn’t work.

Nice service but they will give you half cheese when you order the Fish sandwich. Also they won’t give you ketchup for your French fries. Maybe they are on a budget.

I come to this McDonald’s all the time and they never fail to disappoint. This time they decided to put a car in the drive thru to claim they were closed and when I pulled around the store they were all sitting out side on the patio sipping drinks screaming they’re closed to the cars that are driving by. @1:13Am Date 11/28/2022

I ordered dinner for my son. When I reached to get my food, I said hello to the young lady at the drive-through... Who was about to hand me his food. She completely ignored me and handed me my food... I looked in the bag to see if everything was there... I tried a fry, and it was 6 and cold. When I told her what happened, she grabbed the fry out of my hand and did not even apologize and walked away. By the window, other employees were there, and I asked to see the manager... And they radioed him through their headsets. She came back really rude and handed me in my fries. I asked why she needed to be so rude... And she did not answer and proceeded to hand me the fries... I told her I asked to see her manager... She rolled her eyes and called out her manager's name, who was Eli. She explained to him what had happened.. He came to the window. I told him her face says it all. I don't think she likes her job. Long story short is... People in customer service... Regardless of what they're going through, they need to smile and be cheerful, give thier 100%.... That what they get paid for.... And she needs to leave her baggage at the door. Eli rectified the situation and apologized on their behalf. On top of that she never gave us a drink. I don't think out ever recommend or ever go there again.

Bathroom's still need attention really bad, service was great food was hot. Just want to add I came to this McDonald's again and place is really clean now BUT when you are told that you have to order on the kiosk and you do not want to because you want to order at the counter and pay with cash. They turn around and tell you but you have to because they can't take order at the counter. I just left to go somewhere else that I can take my order and give me the friendly service that offer.

Most of the items on the menu were unavailable. The service was slow. Took 15 minutes in line just to place an order, and you cant get out of line once someone is behind you. The lady taking the order was rude and refused to even say thanks at the window. The food was not fresh and it was like warm. As long as it took everything should have been fresh and hot. I will never go there again. Kid-friendliness: Not friendly. If you like rude and uncaring people this is the place for you.

Rude workers. Terrible management and staff. I hate being called " mommie"...and have stated so several times to no avail. Most of the time when you pay for your order they NEVER say thank you and have a good day. They have absolutely no training obviously on how to greet customers.. I was in hospitality line of work for 30 yrs and this is one of the worst restaurants I " use" to go to. The food is not that good either. Something in your order will definitely be cold or missing.

Had an SUV full of people. Tried to order just cheeseburgers to make things easier for the staff. Was told they can't make more than 2 cheeseburgers per car. So we then asked what we could order and were "that's it, we can only do 2 cheeseburgers per car, nothong else." What?!?!?!? I worked at McDonald's all through high school. I know this is just laziness on staffs part. They wouldn't let us order food for the people in the vehicle. Extremely unprofessional and complete lack of any form of customer service whatsoever.

Pleasant customer service, even tho they were busy. Food was cold by the time I arrived home. I ate it anyway, doesn't do good on a reheat. Milkshake didn't melt. It was good.Food: 3/5

I always have the worst time here! Everytime at curbside it’s the same lady giving the same attitude. She gave me my food and didn’t give me the time to say thank you. Instead she said thank you sarcastically and rolled her eyes and walked away. I’ve had worse experiences here but this was the breaking point.
