If I could rate zero stars I would. This place is so rude, and racist to white people for whatever unknown reason. I ordered food in pouring rain and it took forever just to order and get my food. When I got to the window the lady at the second window was a nightmare. So rude. I explained that something was missing from my order. She then tells me to produce a receipt and prove it. Then realizes she didn't add it to the order which was her mistake as I repeated it and so did she. To make matters worse I asked if I can just add it there and pay since it's only a 10 pc nugget. She replies no you gotta drive back around and order again. What........... so I drive back around and ordered nuggets and drinks. She slams my orange drink into the carrier I asked for so hard it broke the cup and leaked all over my white leather seats in my car. I will never go back here. Horrible service.
Service was sub par at best. The food that wasn't missing from my order was prepared incorrectly. My Big Mac was somehow smaller than my sons regular cheeseburger. However, the real chef's kiss was that it was all cold. I definitely won't be returning to this location.Food: 1/5
Okay. So I ordered breakfast on the app, picked it up, went to work. When I went to go eat though, there was something floating in my oatmeal.... It was ants. Literally dead ants in my food. When I was able to go back after driving all the way to work, I brought the food back in, showed the manager on duty, and he barely reacted. He said "sorry"a few times, but it was like he didn't even care. He did take the food back and gave my money back, hence the 1 star. But having worked in food service for years, I feel like his reaction was not enough to having a customer bring you back food with ants in it. I highly doubt anything was done about it. Do NOT eat here. If I can find out how to post my picture of it, I certainly will.
Had a bad experience at this store this morning 07-08-24, we work in Slidell and stop here for breakfast on the way to work sometimes. Have been doing so for 20 years. The person taking our order kept talking over my partner very rude fashion, bad attitude maybe she was having a bad day. I would be willing to bet a lot of people know the one I'm talking about. Too bad for the owners, you've lost a 20 year customer. Plenty of places to get a quick breakfast meal Stockstill, suggest you fire the one I'm talking about
Got in line at 5:27pm, couldn’t back out because 1 car in front and 1 in rear of me inside lane; RIDICULOUS, at 6:02 the car in front finally drove off, I pulled to 1st window. I was told: We only have 3 people working owners and upper management fault in my opinion, not the kids working here. Anyway the old grey head lady in there is going to be the fall of this location SHE WAS RUDE! I was charged an up charge fee for a medium Sprite I ordered sweet tea; I was given a medium sweet tea; we I asked manager about it she became argumentative. She refused my requested large sweet tea and gave me twenty cents, no apologies JUST evil eyes… the kids were obviously embarrassed and said she’s always like that and that’s why people quit. I was ordering this food for someone else and I will not be returning to this location… I recall last year same scenario but she was rude to the person ahead of me… Replace her and clean the facility or close it- her customer service skills are NON EXISTING. And she’s a bad example for the employees and certainly a bad representation of fast food workers. Ronald McDonald would faint at this experience! Rated 0 Received order at 6:06
In the morning. The drive thru line is slow, even when there are only a few cars ahead of you. They do not rotate the two car lines evenly. They will take 2 or more orders out of one line in a row while you just sit and wait. I have driven off several times in the morning because if I didn't my son would be late for school and get no breakfast. I think I am giving up on this place in the morning.
Told by drive through order taker to head to second window to pickup food. At second window told to head inside. Nobody working front counter. Asked for help and was ignored. Waited nearly 5 minutes and same person gave worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. Looks like a trend according to reviews. As a business owner, I don’t understand how this level of service is consistently allowed. Not one person there smiled, or gave any sense they cared for the guests.
This location is doing the great work. Fresh fries properly salted.Food: 5/5
Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. 25 minutes for 2 ice cream cones. For ONCE they actually had ice cream which they usually don't. If my kids didn't want ice cream cones so bad I'd have left. And that was what they passed off as a coneFood: 1/5
Waited in line for 22 minutes. There were 12 cars that left the line. I told , I guess mgr. he said “O. Never will let this McDonald’s waste my time.. SERVICE is HORRIBLE. Should CLOSE this McDonals’s.Food: 4/5
