Dunkin'

I ordered the pancake wrap; which I was looking forward to eat. Our order was filled but there was no syrup. I asked for syrup but the had none. I mentioned they could've told me that and I would have ordered something different. The atmosphere was negative, no one smiled. They looked miserable and they gossiped on each other. Won't be back.

Very sad by this Baskin Robbins experience. Pandemic has not been kind for many businesses, this seemed to be one of those. I don't prefer to leave less than desirable reviews but... It seemed like there were less than half the ice cream flavors available.

I ordered Coffe and Sausage with Egg/Cheese on a Croissant. Coffe tasted burnt, Croissant was ok. Customer Service didn't greet or say Hello or anything felt like I was talking to a Wall. I sat down to eat and work on my Laptop. To my surprise a worker came to my table , no words of excuse me may I sweep under your table or anything. I felt the broom sweeping on my feet several times I mean really who does that. That was just Plain Rude. I can't believe that I am in there buying stuff supporting their business and this is how they repay me. That was not Cool. Parking: Small parking

Haven't been at this location in a couple of years, but when we came back we over paid for such a very small donuts. Could have gone to a gas station and got better. Disappointed.Food: 2/5

This Dd don’t have barely anything… no hot fudge, no walnut, no pralines, no banana split, the vanilla ice cream is only the yogurt vanilla ‍. I asked some questions to the employee about why they don’t have certain things and if its individually owned and they didn’t know. I came on a Sunday 5pm.

One of the worst Dunkins I've been too. Not only are they nasty and DO NOT CLEAN THERE DAIRY MACHINE, my whole family got sick from this and the shift leader wanted to sit there and argue with me that it wasn't "dirty" there is no way my family would not be sick if that was the case. The coworkers wanna do nothing but argue with you. And if you bring up and issue with the shift leader he lies to your face and tells you are wrong. Instead of apologizing and asking what he could do to fix the situation. That man is not a shift leader and I'm so incredibly shocked that's who you have representing your store while management is not there. I'm in utter shock with the way "management" handled this. He also refused to give any information about the manager.

Great donuts a little pricey, but worth it. Nice and fresh. Simpson Road store has a better variety and selection, Vine St works in a pinch.Food: 5/5

This place just delivered burned food. I called and very rudely was told that either I can NOT eat them. Or take them back for an exchange. I give it a star, But if I could not give them any I would.

Miguel gave such good customer service. He is always pleasant when I come into the store .

Coffee is subjective, i usually like their mini bagels but at this location the food here Is inedible
