Placed an order on the app, pulled up to the speaker left lane and as 4 vehicles were assisted on the right side no one ever responded so when the vehicle behind us drove away my husband backed up, parked and went inside. We had a simple order yet it took a very long time to get our food. When we did finally they shorted us one of the fries, my husband's burger was drowning in mustard. I ordered the Impossible King and was served a beef patty on my sandwich. I am a vegetarian and have not consumed beef in years. I have now hours later seemed to have stopped vomiting. To say I am disgusted is an understatement. The incompetence is reprehensible. I want my money back and I can guarantee that we will not be back. Oh also the food was room temperature so not sure what took so long because it definitely wasn't cooked fresh. Vegetarian options: Ordered Impossible King and was served BEEF. Check your orders CAREFULLY.
Asked for fresh food but Alex the manager gave me old nuggets and refried chicken. When i bit my sandwich i found hair stuck to my tomatoFood: 1/5
Burgers always dry and overcooked. Not sure why they seem to mass cook their burgers just for them to sit there. Went there at 11am the other day and it seems like those burgers had been sitting there a while. How does that happen when they just stopped selling breakfast. Even told the manager about past experiences and he said they were fresh. No sorries. Just lied to my face because they definitely weren't fresh. Another time when they were super busy it took them three tries to make me a burger without ketchup. They were very busy and probably put out a hundred burgers while trying to get mine right. You'd think by that point burgers would be freshly cooked but no. And through all of this the manager always seems to be singing and goofing off with the employees while the store gives bad service right under his nose. Do your job. Save the singing and dancing for after your staff can manage to get a few correct fresh burgers in a row out. Burger flippers want $15 an hour? Then at least get my f'n order correct.
The food was cooked fresh!! This made the nuggets taste so good Also got the 2 for $10 meal. I ate both original chicken sandwiches, 1 out of 2 fries, and 2 out of 2 drinks! This drive thru was quick!! 5 out 5 stars!! The guy at the window was a cool vibe!!! He definitely takes his job seriously. I went between 930pm and 10pm.
Rolling your eyes like a child to your dearest customers is not going to help you keep a job in customer service , you taking the wrong order is 100% your fault. Heavy set blank lady working drive through window 1:45pm Do something else if you hate your job. Have a great day. Food was ok
Approx 4min saying hello at the drive thru mic.. Then another 10-11min waiting for the 1 car in front of me to do what they was doing. I finally pull up and it took 3min for the person to just come to the window. Over 15mins & I hadn't even placed an order Terrible all around service
It's terrible when you sit in line for 20 mins just to order and no one answers. It's repeated til no one is left in line. That's terrible service. Can't even rate the food because no one wants to work.Food: 1/5
I'm sorry but the lady in the picture she had lost her mind. Asking customers cool sandwiches for when we were ordering not for the food for the name she was asking why that person wanted that sent particular sandwich that Burger King is going downhill especially in that area they should be like that....
Eat here a few times a month and the food is always good and comes out quickly. However I stoped inside with some extra time today to eat, and let me tell you I had to take my food to go with how upset I was. Was an elderly lady yelling wearing glasses, at the rest of the staff CONSTANTLY. Talking down and degrading her fellow co workers. Honestly was disgusting had to walk out before saying something rude.
Got there just before close and the woman couldn't be nicer and provided me a fresh midnight snack. Win win.
