From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I felt welcomed and respected. The salesperson I was supposed to meet with was busy. Mr. Orlando Ramos offered to help. He was courteous, helpful, enjoyable, humorous and wasn't aggressive. He gave me time to think. Once I accepted the deal, I was ushered to the finance department. Here, Mr. Ty Schmitt was helpful and patient. He tried various ways to make the deal work. His magic fingers worked out a deal that I could afford and would be comfortable with given my financial situation. I almost walked out as I thought it would be a failure. Ty worked hard. During all this time of negotiation, Mr. Orlando Ramos stayed late. Once papers were signed he stayed to help me transfer my possessions to the new-to-me car. Orlando showed dedication. The car had some scratches on that were to be taken care of as part of the deal. Once I brought the car to the dealership to have the work done, I was given a loaner car for the time the car was to be worked on, but because it took longer to have the work completed, I was given a second loaner car that was better for my back. Mr. Orlando Ramos showed concern for my back. Thank you! It took some time to get the paint work done, but, when it was finished, it was excellent work that had been done. It looked new! Amazing! Kudos to you all! I am full of gratitude. I hope it is a long-lasting relationship with McGrath Dealership. The only "complaint" that I would have is that communication with the customer could be better via email, phone, or text to keep the customer informed as to the progress of work done on one's car or for answering one's questions. Again, THANK YOU MOST SINCERELY FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE TO HELP ME BECOME YOUR CUSTOMER.

This is the worse dealership I have ever worked with!!! After telling me I was approved for a loan for a van or suv I drove two hours only to be told that they could only get me approved for a car. I explained that I have 5 children, so we are a family of 6 and a car would absolutely not work!! That wasn't the end of though. I have been receiving daily phone calls, text messages, and emails from the salesman I first spoke with before going to the dealership, the salesman I spoke with when I went into the dealership, and even a person from another store. It has gotten to the point that the salesman I spoke with at the dealership has emailed, called, or sent text messages almost every hour on the hour!!! I asked to not be contacted and it has continued. I gave them a last warning and said if they contact me again I will contact the police.

If you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, Chris Collins is the person you want to see! He was so helpful, patient and very humorous!!! He made my experience fun and stress free! Enjoying my new 2017 Sonata!!!! Thanks again Chris!

I do need to update, after reaching out to Trevor Arnold. The problem seems to have been resolved. Buyer beware : Found 2015 Cadillac srx here, for a good price. Started good, this is where things start to go bad. I live 3 hours from dealer, called them was told srx is in excellent shape. With in 2 minutes found cracked rim and scratched bumper, this is not excellent shape. This is where I should have ran. We worked out deal, which was fare. Now the fun begins. I was informed that they were charging me 5.5% tax, I told them where I live it was 5%. They sad they would refund if I over paid, THERE HAS BEEN 4 CALLS TO DEALERSHIP, told they will look into it. NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I also placed a call to Orrin Smith, (vp) or so I found reading these bad reviews. MESSAGE LEFT NO RETURN CALL. So if you are buying here make sure everything is set before you leave your money, OR YOU MIGHT NOT SEE IT AGAIN. Rod
