Would definitely not go back to this place. The financial office does not know what is going on.

CEO and couple of administrative employees are incredibly unprofessional and rude. I am not one to complain but I have never had an encounter with people this rude. Multiple employees have talked about how hard of a place it is to work here, but I can't personally be a judge of that because I don't work there. New company bought them out so hopefully Kerri Stepp and the CEO are replaced.

For minor stuff ok for major stuff go to Jackson TN the hospital in McKenzie I would say is to sustain you until you get higher care like in Jackson TN they just don't have the specialists etc in McKenzie so take it like you want but in my opinion this is what this place is.

The emergency room and the doctors, nurses and support staff are the most incompetent, rude, uncaring and should not be in the medical health care industry let alone anything where they interact with other humans. McKenzie Regional Hospital is well know in the area as the place to go to die!

My dadday died in this hospital. He was very very sick they didnt make sure his call button was close enough to him to reach while he was rasied up to eat his dinner. He was found face down in his plate!!! 
He had to request from anyone in the room with him that they put his call button close to him. That was in 2012.
I sent there this past yr a couple days before Christmas 12/23/16.
I am in remission n a previos dr found a cyst on my left side/ovary (im a cervical cancer survivor) so u can understand my concern n fear.
I went there with severe pain in the left side. So much so that i couldnt move. The nurses were very professional n kind. The er dr was an totally rude n very unprofessional!!! I was crying n hurting so bad it was had for me to communicate. That seemed to irritate him. The comments: ur not dying n its not cancer, for christs sake its christmas ( like had control over the timeline of my problem) while tapping on his clip board drinkin his coffee. Cell phone interruptions. I cant remember all his lil smart quips. But there were many. Needless to say i had a kidney infection n left with antibiotics. Later after goin to my pc dr for a follow up i should have been hospitalized with iv antibiotics. Sooooo I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!
P.s. its really not the hospital i dont care for its the er dr.
