I went to Tennova emergency room and I was told I was dehydrated and given about half a bag of fluid and sent home, soon after I received a bill for the physician that treated me for 2002.79 after my insurance payment. I have good insurance through Aetna and can not believe that the Hub City Emergency Physicians are changing the excessive amount of 2002.79 for some walking in the room and saying you are dehydrated, then never seeing the man again. That cost me around 667.65 a word, no doctor is worth that. They advertise no wait in there emergency room, but they fail to tell you how rude the staff their are or how poor the care is you receive. Oh yeah you can make arrangements to pay your hospital bill, pay them on time and still have your account turned over to a collection agency. All this facility cares about is the money sad isn't it. If you want quality care maybe you should try some place else.

Untrained nurses and the hospitalist doctors bills comes in as not in network with BCBS also some other doctors I don't even know show out of network. That is one of the things I ask when admitted if their doctors are in network and they said yes. Never again will I go there.

Had to bring my daughter back here to have fluid drained again from around her heart..They really wasn't concerned about the fluid..She had pneumonia so that's what they treated...Now yes they did drain it when she arrived. Did they check a week later to see if fluid had come back before sending her home? No they didn't..These nasty nurses really hate to wear gloves and it's mind blowing to me...The air ducts are filthy and this place should be closed for good..No wonder the doctors walking out..They know it's the worst place to be...We need a team that listens to the patient and family..Not someone who just because they have a title,  they can over talk you or what you say about your family is swept away...Dr. Ally talked this GREAT talk about how she and others were going to find out what was going on with  my child and help her but in the end it was just a GREAT talk...

They get zero stars. Regularly violation HIPPA law. Not once but trwice. Different visits. First they had the man next door to my husband's information on my husband's but my husband and the other patients name and information the the report. Call to tell after we left the hospital that they had wrong information. They said they needed that back I offered to mail the report back to them. They said I couldn't mail it that they needed to come by home and get it. They made me sign a paper stating that I did return it to them in person. Since there weren't able to help my husband we ordered his medical records to take with us to another facility. When we received those I was glancing through them and yet found another record from someone else. It was an EKG report for a 70ish lady. It gave her name and information and at the bottom of the report it had my husband's name name on the same report. If that doesn't show violation of HIPPA I don't know what does. I haven't reported to them that I have the ekg report yet. I'm going to continue to check the rest of his records to see how many more different patients info we have. If they are that careless makes you wonder if your loved ones are getting to professional help that they need. They could be given someone else's diagnosis. It's scary! We will never go back to this hospital again.

Wonderful place to go in an emergency. The nurses and doctors there are wonderful. Regional is the only place I'll ever go.
