Very pleasant experience from the first day I walked in the door to months later when I finally made a purchase. India from the Wilma Rudolph location was absolutely amazing every step of the way! I had no clue what I was looking for and she helped me step by step, very patient and kind with me and giving me plenty of options. I never once felt rushed or pressured to hurry and purchase, in fact it took me months before I finally committed to a specific ring. I would reccomend to anyone looking for any jewelry needs to go to McKenzie & Smiley and asked for India, if available. I will definitely return for any future business I may need!

Mackenzie and Smiley jewelry store has it one of the best selections for Pandora beads & charms, and all are reasonably priced. The staff is pleasant and  knowledgeable, and quick to help . I will be going back for more than just Pandora jewelry, they have a great selection of other fine jewelry.

Thank you McKenzie and Smiley for always doing a beautiful job on all of my repair and sizing needs. I love that everything is done in house and I don't ever wait more than a couple of days for my jewelry to be ready. See you next time!

The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The selection was a wide variety if well crafted merchandise. We were able to go from browsing to transaction complete in less than an hour.
