If I could leave 0 stars I would!! A family member and I bought a bracelet and 4 charms here in October 2017 as a birthday gift. The bracelet was too small so I went back to the store to exchange it for a larger size a couple of weeks later, which the manager who sold the items to us told is would be fine to bring it back in if it didn't fit. When returning to the store I was told the bracelet I needed was sold out and gave my name and number to the employee who said they would give me a call back when the bracelet came in. It had been a couple of weeks and I hadn't heard anything from the store so I called back to be told the bracelet still hadn't come in but they would contact me as soon as they did. I left my name and number again and waited to hear back. Still never heard anything. I have called and been back several times still to not receive any help. Today I went into the store again and spoke with the manager who actually sold me the items back in October. She said I would have needed to exchange the bracelet within 30 days and I needed a receipt, which we had emailed to us when we bought the items. I explained the situation and was then told that I could've had the amount of the bracelet put on a gift card so that I could've used it for the bracelet whenever it came in and that since it was sold in October I needed the paper receipt. I asked if she could look the purchase up in the system under the account and she didn't even bother to look. Also not once in the many times I called or stopped by the store was it even suggested to me that I put the amount on the gift card. I explained that as well. In the end the manager told me the type of bracelet I was needing had been discontinued a few months ago and that was why I never received a call back and that I could instead pay $45 For a different bracelet. I will never be back to purchase anything from Pandora. This was absolutely ridiculous...I've been trying to exchange this for the last 3 months and their level of customer service was just so underwhelming.

We were picking out something for my mom, but we were never once acknowledged by the staff. Literally, not a single one! When other people came in, one of the staff automatically greeted them and helped them choose something, but we were left to help ourselves. After we were done picking out the charms, we stood at the counter waiting for a lady to get done. When she was finished, she looked at us, then hurried out into the storage room and never came back out. Another lady said that someone will be there to help us shortly, but by then three hours passed and we've had enough, so we walked out. yeah, this store might be fine with others, but we'll just stay with shopping online.

Trying to place a large phone order (I don't live near) and they don't even answer. It just keeps ringing. I've tried 6 times now and it rings for minutes then makes the noise like someone is on the line. I have called more times on other days and still no one answers. I guess they don't want my business 🤷🏻‍♀️

Drove all the way to this store from bowling green ky. When we arrived to the store there were two women working and only a couple of other customers. One of the women working (Elizabeth) was helping a couple look at charms at the first counter we walked up and we were NEVER once acknowledged by her or even looked at for that matter. The other sales woman was very nice and seemed to be doing most of the work she apologized for the wait and having to do one at a time. When it was our turn she helped us switch something out no problem. Then by that time the other girl had made her way up to the counter to check out the couple she had been working with and had the audacity when we were leaving to say, "y'all have a good night." Why acknowledge us now? I'll just order online from now on!
