The business owner was increasingly rude to my boyfriend and I when we were engagement ring shopping a couple months ago. I left the shop in tears. Was it because we didn't look rich and wealthy!? I will continue to let people know not to give this place their business! I'm only giving Genesis one star because they did have a lot of pretty rings.. but sadly this place is nothing more than lipstick on a pig.

Friendly, professional, and efficient staff in a store with the most beautiful jewelry I've ever seen. I won a gift certificate to Genesis Diamonds in Nashville last fall in a radio contest. When I went there to spend the free certificate, I wondered if the staff would push for me to buy more than I'd won. Not so. If I had wanted to, I'm sure they'd have been happy to oblige, but I felt no pressure and the man I dealt even offered to professionally clean my existing jewelry for free while I was there. I recently broke one of the pieces of jewelry and remembered that he'd told me they guarantee repairs for free. I took the jewelry piece back to him and it's now as good as new. Every person working there is always 100% upbeat and friendly.

Bought my wife's enganment ring and birthday necklace here. Kathleen helped pick both out, amazing customer service, great warranty, affordable selection. Why on Earth anybody bothers to shop at the Green hills mall for jewelry is beyond me.
