Vince and Cathy as well as the rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming. My buying experience was perfect after shopping at every other name brand place in a 20 mile radius I finally chose my bedroom set. Now just hoping the pick up process is as flawless as the buying. Thanks again and I’ll see ya for pick up.

This store is filled with all kinds of home furnishings. I was shopping for shore homes and found everything I needed. Anthony the sales person was extremely helpful. I am very grateful to him for my successful shopping experience. Delivery went very smooth.

LOVE my furniture. The salesman was very nice. The customer service and delivery experience was AWFUL. Hours late, no explanation, and the store manager on duty REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME ABOUT IT.  Called three separate times the evening of the delivery, and once the next day.  Despite good prices, I would NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

The experience I had yesterday in regards to getting my furniture delivered is beyond comprehensible. First off, I had to do most of the calling just to schedule the delivery. After being put on hold for over 5 minutes, I was told that it will be delivered Sunday between 9a-1pm. Let's fast forward to Sunday shall we. After waiting for 6 hours and hearing every excuse in the book from "the delivery truck had a flat tire" to " the manager can not get in contact with the delivery team", my furniture was delivered. To my chagrin, the delivery rep told me that my purchase was NOT even on his work order for that day!!! They had to "squeeze" me in. Hence, the very late delivery. Bottomline, they lost a customer. Buyer beware of the lack of communication that goes on between the store and the delivery company.
